Haven’t we all found something in our pantries that was well past the expiration date? I know I have, and when it comes to expired food, my friends fall into two categories– “Yep, still good!” and “Yuck, throw it out!” So here’s my question for you… imagine you found a 40 year old Twinkie in your pantry. Would you eat it? I just read about a student who put a Twinkie in a glass box waaaay back in 1976… and (yuck!) it’s still good. Honestly, the color has faded a bit, but it may never go bad… which is pretty crazy. Is there a food that you would eat no matter how far past the expiration date?
