I’ve seen all kinds of houses listed at all kinds of prices. Fixer-uppers. Cute cottages. Townhomes. Mansions. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house in the $1 price range, though. I love this story because it really illustrates what happens when someone thinks outside the box with their marketing. And, even better, it’s saving a piece of history (in this case, a 112-year-old, 2,800 square foot home).
