Cricket Flour the new Food of the Future?

I’m not much of a foodie, but I enjoy learning about new foods and recipes. So I was pretty enthused when I heard about something billed as ‘the food of the future’...until I learned what’s in it - crickets. What do you think? Are you brave enough to give it a try?
