“Make Up Your Mind Day” is Almost Here

Until recently, the last day of the year had never been a real holiday. That, however, is no longer the case. December 31 is (semi-)officially “Make Up Your Mind Day.” Whatever it is you’ve been hemming and hawing about...Dec. 31 is the day dedicated to making decisions. If you’ve been going back and forth about making a real estate decision, this is the day to “make up your mind.” And if you decisively decide that buying or selling a house is what you want to do, your next decision is when and where we should meet.
