Cold Spots, sounds and things that go Bump in the Night Here’s some seasonal real estate trivia for you: the State of New York actually requires Sellers to disclose if the house they’re listing is haunted. That’s right… haunted. And while I personally haven’t stumbled across many haunted houses since I began working in real estate, I do believe that the Buyer has a right to know. ;) Speaking of haunted houses, in the spirit of the season I thought I’d share this hilarious video of London realtors getting spooked while checking out a potential listing… which also happens to be an extremely realistic “haunted house.” click here Would you believe?
