Flipping houses- Literally

We all know what it means to flip a house, right? An investor buys a “problem house,” and with a little elbow grease, sledgehammers and a bevy of restoration pros, turns a disastrous house into a saleable home to make a profit. Well, there’s another definition where it looks as though houses are literally flipped upside down. (Actually, they’re built that way, so flipping them would turn them right side up.)
