THE GRAND OPENING OF THE WACONIA FARMERS MARKET
Waconia is a great place to call home it has everything you need and now we can add a local Farmers Market!
The Waconia Farmers Market is located in the parking lot of Unhinged Pizza (previoiusly Pizza Ranch) and open every Saturday in the Summer from 8AM - 12 PM.
Tracy Le Tourneau and Chief Craig, of Terra Waconia have organized some wonderful vendors. See my interviews with a few of them. THIS SAT on June 22nd much more produce will arrive at the market with our very late summer, the crops have some catching up to do!
Mary Sjodin was there from Green Olive Catering, I had one of her lemon bars. They are to die for!
Some interesting local farms were there Buffalo Creek and Broadfork Farm check them out! I also talked to Tim Tesch about his delicious marinade.
